Fill the Bow and Fill the Helmet Fundraisers

Fill the Bow and Fill the Helmet are individual fundraisers designed to help families offset the costs of participating in our organization. Athletes are highly encouraged to take part in these opportunities, as all funds raised will be credited directly to the athlete and can be used for registration fees, equipment, travel expenses, or other season-related needs.

We strongly encourage parents and athletes to open a minor savings account to safely manage their athlete’s personal fundraising earnings. For information about free youth savings accounts, please contact or visit one of our local banks.

Team Fundraisers

Team fundraisers are organized and managed by the organization. Funds raised through team events will be divided equally among all participating athletes and retained by the organization. Coaches will request funds from the Executive Board.

Examples of team fundraising events include:

• Car washes
• Canning events
• ETC.
